Christian Laver

Financial Planner

Christian Laver, a financial planner with more than twenty years experience, has been a Columbus resident since he moved with his parents from Elyria, Ohio in 1959. A 1975 Upper Arlington High School graduate, Mr. Laver attended Miami University, and later received his B.A. in Finance from The Ohio State University in 1981. He has been a Registered Representative and an Investment Advisor Representative with Lincoln Financial Advisors since 1989. He holds NASD Series 7 & 63 Registrations, and Life, Health, and Annuity Licenses.

Professional and Community Highlights:

  • A qualifying and life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, he attained the prestigious "Top of the Table" honor eight times and "Court of the Table" twenty times. To qualify for the Million Dollar Round Table members must meet a certain level of premium, commission or income during the year. The Million Dollar Round Table membership is independently produced by The Premier Association of Financial Professionals®. In addition to meeting a certain level of premium, commission or income during the year, members must also adhere to strict ethical standards. Christian Laver applied for membership and paid a fee of $650 to be a member. There were no fees to promote the membership. Mr. Laver is a former trustee with the Columbus Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and also is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
  • A former Director of the Upper Arlington Civic Association, he is a former President of the Board of Trustees of the Upper Arlington Educational Foundation and Past-President of the Upper Arlington Alumni Association. In addition, he is a life member of the Ohio State University Alumni Association and Faculty Club. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Vaud-Villities Productions, the longest running not-for-profit community based variety show in the nation.
  • Mr. Laver has prepared local presentations for the American Cancer Society and Special Olympics. He has also been a Guest Lecturer at both the Ohio State University and Ohio University, Upper Arlington Parks and Recreations, numerous community groups as well as lecturing professional continuing education classes.
